South Australian Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous (SAYPAA) is a committee of young AA members working together to carry the message to all alcoholics who still suffer, regardless of age. SAYPAA aims to contribute to the primary purpose of AA by providing a safe space for young people to participate in the three legacies of recovery, unity, and service.
SAYPAA exists to host events throughout the year to celebrate recovery and show that it’s possible to have fun in sobriety! SAYPAA events are hosted by young people for the AA fellowship as a whole; the events are inclusive for all members, irrespective of age, and serve as an opportunity to bridge the gap between young and old members alike.
